I've subdivided into firms that sell mainly food, mainly equipment
and mainly cookbooks, but you should be aware that most companies
sell a mixture of all three. Not every company has a catalog,
per se, but most offer at least a brochure or price list.
I have generally tended to leave out companies that charge a fee to
send their catalog, unless I've been assured it's worth it. I've
included the cost of the catalog in those cases. Let me know if any
firm I haven't listed a price for tries to charge you.
If you get a catalog not listed here, please let me know its name,
address and phone number and some basic info about it, especially any
personal experience, good or bad, you may have had with orders.
Input on the catalogs listed is welcome too. In most cases,
the information here comes from catalogs I've actually received
or firms I have talked to, but do let me know if you find any errors.
I have no personal connection with any of the firms listed, but I can be
bribed :-)
