I'll be amazed if anyone out there knows this one. I'm from Minnesota
and recently moved to Ohio and I desperately miss the Peking Chicken
from Leeann Chin's!

For those of you unfamiliar with Leeann Chin's, it's a semi-fast food
restaurant in Minnesota. If anyone knows how to make the Peking
Chicken, please post or e-mail me the recipe!
Every time I go there I try to figure out what is in it, and have even
brought trained food testers to help me figure it out. We're stumped.
