Grind and make tiny meat-a-balles... texass wedding zupa... you can
always attempt to marry Omelet again.

Well, you could put the pork but scraps back in the freezer, and try
something new this year. Maybe possum, or armadillo. Armadillo on the
half shell is very popular, and it is a very healthy delicious dish,
just like possum, but better.

Be sure to cook it to 140 deg F to make sure you kill any leprosy
microbes. It goes well with sweet potatoes, or you could make 'dillo
chili, all the rage these days. 'dillo saw-seege is good too. I think
penfart even makes those in huge quantities.

I prefer 'dillo on the half shell, but it is more work. Oh, almost
forgot ... 'dillo sushi is the newest thing!

Ground hog gravy over mashed potatoes. I can loan you some half and half if
you like!
