After the recent discussion here, I thought I would post this You Tube
video. And no, I didn't find it. Somebody told about it. Pretty sure he
didn't actually buy that stuff at Whole Foods though. It is funny!

It's like, who did he copy those blatantly exaggerated mannerisms

THIS time I agree with you. I have no problems with anyone being gay,
but I have no time for these types who put on the 'gay' histrionics
like this guy. Do any of these types ever become plumbers,
electricians, builders, mechanics or anything else that is a
legitimate asset to society? Rarely... very rarely. Their only talent
is to accentuate and exploit their 'gayness' in modern society.

Well, I would say it is quite different. One is going to extremes to be
what we think is the role of their gender while the other is overdoing
it with behaviour they think exemplifies the opposite sex. There are a
lot of screwed up people out there. I feel quite comfortable as a
heterosexual male. I can't see myself being physically or romantically
involved with another guy.... though apparently many are. The ones I
feel really sorry for are the transsexuals who are not only confused
about their sexuality, but about their gender. I am alarmed at the
number of male to female transexuals who end up in relationships with
women. That is a lot of medical work and a lot of surgery to become a
lesbian.

Partly your assumption that anyone from 'the south' are rednecks (or
whatever).

And partly that anyone who doesn't wholeheartedly and unquestionably
support gays no matter what they do is some sort of knuckle-dragging,
ignorant and narrow-minded person.

Some of us have moved on from blindly accepting and supporting gays,
to realising they have the same shortcomings as anyone else and are
open to criticism when appropriate. Many clearly exploit/abuse this
situation.

It's much like the average Greens supporter these days. What is it
that they actually support, when you look at what the Greens do (or
don't do) in actual practice? And yet, people get a nice warm glow
thinking they're somehow morally superior being Green voters.
Silly me, I thought the Greens were supposed to be there to protect
the environment, when in reality they don't give the slightest fuck
about it. All they care about is winning votes like any other
mainstream party.

People like to develop a belief system (of sorts) - what they then
DON'T like is to ever question it or reevaluate it when things change.
I call that narrow-minded.

No, it isn't. But you would have to admit that gays have more

Right you are. I don't see why 'flaunting it' should be condoned, no
matter what the sexuality may be. And when do paedophiles get their
turn? After all, they were born that way, no fault of their own. I
don't mean to say it should be acceptable that they have the freedom
to act out their sexual preference, but why are the ones who don't act

He really does come off as vain and in a dramatic drag queen sort of way.
Maybe Trump is a crossdresser. ;-)

Strawman. Mardi Gras IS hetero, pretty much the whole thing, except for the
gay bars and one parade.

So you bitch about "political correctness" and then let us know how you
think proper people should behave sexually. So noted.
If people want to flaunt some aspect of their personality, sexual or
otherwise, it seems to me that is none of your business.

>And when do paedophiles get their

Pedophiles are mentally ill, criminally inclined, and usually warped from
past experience. It has nothing to do with normal freedom of sexual
preference.

>I don't mean to say it should be acceptable that they have the freedom

FFS, pedophiles are in the same class as other criminal sociopaths and
psychopaths. They are mentally ill. They do real harm to real people. How
can you justify conflating perverse criminality with normal adult sexuality?
Is it that important that you "win" an argument?

Sheesh.

North Carolina just passed a state law saying cities in the state
can't have an LGBT anti-discrimination law on their books and Georgia
will be next. Republican's running the show in NC rolled back the
clock and reinstated good ole discrimination & bigotry, just like it
was back in the good old days. Republican legislators were so
transparent in their intent with the bill that Democrat legislators
walked out in disgust, while the Republican governor sat at his desk
awaiting the bill to sign... making a lie of their claims about less
intrusive government and more local control. They did it because they
could: nothing is in place at the national level to stop them. The
Supreme Court needs to reinstate sanctions because they obviously
can't do the right thing unless they are under a court order to do so.

Is she still involved with HSN? (Home Shopping Network) If so, the
fact that she is doing well would be irritating

No idea, I never watch any home shopping channels... I just read a
little about her. She was/is a cougar. Married, divorced, and still
"seeing" a man 23 years her junior (Rossano Rubicondi, the "Italian
Stallion"). Good for her!

What would make you say they were born that way? From what I have read,
many were abused themselves as children.

My understanding is that they are born that way. Abuse when they were
young often being the trigger for them to act on their orientation
rather than suppressing it.

Nor do I. (what's E?) That kind of news is carried in the regular
national sources -- CNN. MSNBC, Fox, etc. I scan story lines.

For those of you who still think Nunya Shitlips (AKA MartyB in KC) is
some quasi-benevolent troll, submitted from the real world archives of
RFC circa 2011, for your reading pleasure:

E comes on after something I listen to while I'm cooking, probably Big
