I don't think they make it anymore, but it was something I used to love
to put on vegetables. Does anyone else remember this product? Would
anyone have the recipe? (I know this is a long shot...but what the
heck!)

Yes, I remember it too. It was good on almost anything. Haven't seen
it in about five years, though.

The company is still in existance. I see other dressings with their
name on them.

It was like nothing else...I can't find anything similar. It was a
white dressing, like mayonnaise but more tangy (not like Miracle Whip!)
It was great on everything, but especially broccoli. I've tried to
concoct something like it, putting lemon juice in mayo etc...but can't
seem to duplicate it. I've e-mailed the Girard company, and all I've
gotten back is that they "don't make it anymore"

Girard's Champagne dressing is a real winner, especially with croutons
and grated romano cheese on the side!
