Sauteed assorted peppers and onions in EVOO. Add garlic and sliced
assorted olives. Bloom some paprika, cumin, chile power and a pinch
of nutmeg and/or allspice in there. Add some canned, bottled,
and/or fresh chunky tomato stuffs (thsi is stewed tomato and roasted
tomato salsa). Throw in an anchovy or two and simmer for 45-60
minutes. I started mine at 4:AM and turned it on/off a few times for
flavors to meld.

Drop in a few eggs and cover while you toast some garlic bread. Top
the shakshuka with goat cheese or sheep feta crumbles, parsley, and
cilantro. Shovel stew onto garlic bread and eat.

If you don't want that, have a pepperjack cheeseburger on potato bun
with smoked pork butt mac & cheese.

Yes, I found my fancy new free Galaxy A21S. It was right in front
of me all this time under one of my used fancy linen napkins - made
by Adidas.

A favourite of ours, though I never thought of adding anchovy. Must
try that next time.
