the actual employer three times over the course of three days. I met
with him today at the office to to finalize the details, meet in person,
him show me the workspace and fill out the I-9 and discuss the schedule.
The company is even going to pay for the ergonimic keyboard I am used
to and a docking station for the laptop and a larger monitor. That
wasn't my suggestion in the least, it was his before we even met.

After meeting my new employer in person and disccussing the job, we
walked to a nearby Mexican restaurant and he bought lunch. Hours set,
pay set, I get Friday's off so a three day weekend. We talked, learned
a lot about each other and had a lot in common.

How long is "Grandpa Lee" going to keep you hanging?

Are you actually going to do something other than read a book and
watch hummingbirds? The amount of bitching in RFC will go down
considerably. I'll try to take over part of it, but I can't do it all,

I can always close the kitchen door when I leave. Really, she has no
interest in the kitchen. She's not fed there and I never give her
people food so to her it's a boring room. No comfy sofa or chairs to
snooze on, just uninviting hard surfaces. Plus all her toys are in the
living room. :)
