Watched a good documentary last night about the Nile River,
starting from it's source near the equator and flowing north.
It's interesting and I recommend watching it.
It's a river series - next one is about the Amazon River.
I do hope the series has the Yukon River too.
Anyway, somewhere along the Nile, they showed native fellows
catching thousands of swarming flies in fine-mesh nets.
They took them home and smashed them all into mush, then
formed them into patties. Fried them in fat and ate them
just like hamburgers. >;-O
The final note was that fly burgers contain 5X the protein
as beef burgers.
I do hope that what happens in Africa stays in Africa. heh heh
