REQ: Phoenix Enchilada Soup Recipe

Well, hello. I just tripped over this newsgroup while trying to find a
newsgroup that could help me install my Windows95 on a computer
that _hates_ Windows95. I instantly subscribed!

While visiting friends in Phoenix last winter, I had lunch at a chain
restaurant called "Chilis." We have Chilis here in Indianapolis, too,
but no one here knows of a dish called Enchilada Soup that I had
in Phoenix. The server told me that it was similar to Tortilla Soup,
but it was cheesier. I'm originally from Douglas, AZ, and am a fair
Mexican Cooker, but I can't seem to duplicate Chilis' Enchilada
Soup.

Any help from Phoenicians would be appreciated.
