I'd like to get a recipe for the bingerbread/cookie dough that is
used in the pan dulce known as Maranitos. Ginger pigs instead
of gingerbread men/whatever.. it isn't hard like your usual
gb-boy.... moer cakelike.. they bake out to about 3/8's to 1/2 inch
thick...
Or is the secret ingredient... lard?
