The new social work "buzzword" is "trauma - informed", I see it as much

This is for a training. Anyone care to "translate"... do I need this to
endure reading Janet UK's or dsi1's or John's posts whilst on
my lunch breaks...??? At times their posts oogie me out...!!!

A big thanks in advance...!!! :-)

to pivot their services at rapid rates with a focus on participants.
While we often try to employ a trauma-informed approach with
our job seekers, our staff and colleagues require that same
intentional trauma-informed care. Through this webinar,
attain strategies to construct a trauma-informed work

(this was one of my grandfather's favorite commercials... probably
reminded him of of his favorite general; Patton)

met, and what's also funny is that some people have actually
had the nerve to suggest that I might be compensating for
some trauma or another, and I thought, 'Yeah, the trauma of
having to suffer fools like you with your trite ideas about shit.'
Chloe, I've never had any trauma more than not being able to
go to a classmate's birthday party because my mom couldn't
afford a gift."
