Tacos are not just for Tuesdays. I cut up some leftover round roast and
seasoned it with adobo before frying it hot to brown it. I pureed
canned black beans, then did the refritos thing with avocado oil. The
salsa came from my fave taqueria. Everything else is self explanatory.

We found out something really fucked up that happened just a few blocks
from our Ferguson house.

One thing *good* about the Ferguson house is that the guy who was
breaking into it had his bond set at $50K today. No way that junkie is
going to be able to come up with $5K for a bail bondsman, so by the time
he gets out, the house should be sold.

We buy them at the Mexican grocery, but those are left from an event my
nephew had. Afterward there were a lot of tortillas left.

BTW if this had happened in Chicago, the junkie would have been given the Nobel Peace Prize and title to your house...

That is the problem in europe. Very difficult to find good tortillas.

Making them from scratch, *really* from scratch, is simple, but a lot of
work. All you need is dried field corn and calcium hydroxide.
Alternatively, you can buy masa flour.
