For $200! And it works!

I had to get an operational one to see where to put the new Tensioning Strap, and IT WORKS!

I hope I can sell it!

You'd have trouble giving that useless POS away.
No one needs that monkey see monkey do thingie.
You'll need to pay extra for your trash company to take it.
That's for lonely friendless people to use locked in a room all alone.
Far more useful and fun:

It's hard to tell if it's dirty but it sure is unkempt.
Did you notice how he displays his booze bottles like they are the
main agenda... hoping for employment he should put his booze out of
sight in a closet.

People of his ilk (think they're hippies even though the 1970's is long
gone) like having booze bottles on display. They think it's cool. I
didn't see a filthy room in that photo. Just a used Nordictrak no one
would want to buy.

To be fair, I've seen a lot more gross things posted on Craigslist.
Once I found a great deal on a used truck, but I basically emptied a
bottle of dawn dish soap into and out of the truck, then used a pressure
washer on it until it was tolerable.

I like the line "I painted the flywheel with white enamel paint but it
still seems to work" LOL. John will have a melt-down when
craigslist.org no longer works on his old computer.

FFS, John. You needed to buy another Nordic-Track just to see where the
tensioning strap goes? It's not like you're assembling an interocitor
from the kit.

Did you try typing your model number into google to look at the shop
manual? Give me your model #, and I'll bet I can find a video on YouTube.

That's why you bought the USED nordic track after buying the part
that would fix your old one: So you could see how to put the old one
back together again?

Wow. And to think of all those useless youtube videos you watch -
you couldn't even figure out how to look a USEFUL one up but would
rather spend $400+ on the same one you already have. Your usage of
it will tank here shortly. Nobody wants a 30-year old Nordic Track
except you. The tensioning strap on your new used one will break
any day now. Then you'll have to buy another used one...

Now that I have his phone number...

I bought a Nordic Track in 1997. But my flat feet were way too wide
to stand on those damned 2" struts without causing the bottoms of my
feet to ache so bad I couldn't walk afterwards. I returned it for a
full refund VIA a call tag. Those motherfuckers are impossible to
get back into the box they originally came in. They're counting on
that so you don't return them. But it can be done with two rolls of
packing tape - It looked like a big pregnant doobie but UPS took
it. Adios MF! I think it was $800 bucks or so.

I bought a Trek 8500 for almost twice as much and that got tens of
thousands of miles and I got 75 pounds lighter on it (after moving
to Santa Cruz from Columbus). The Nordic got less than 2 miles in
all - if it actually WENT anyplace for all that energy burned.
Nothing like staring a wall when exercising <yawn>. I burned more
calories putting it back into the box.

I don't see that it's filthy - you just wanted to bitch about
something that Tinklesmell can relate to.

But I do wonder why the doors on the cabinets never seem to close.
Not doing so makes for a bad sight. And that the flooring doesn't
extend into the bedroom with the grain in the same direction.
Instead there's a 1" gap between the two and opposite grains. And
why a floor sander? He could do a lot of damage with that. We've
seen how he paints (notice the flywheel).

I didn't read the ad, but I told him about the failure of painting
the flywheel right after he did it. Why paint a flywheel anyway?
(unless you spilled paint all over it).

Location? If that house were in Richmond Heights

It's just too bad that the "Location, Location, Location" is what's
preventing you from renting rooms that was to be your retirement
income.

Your whole 'Grand Plan' was shot to hell and now you have
practically no social security built up from past employment and no
retirement income to supplement it. And blew all your money on the
roof and other frivolous purchases.

I like it too!

I still don't believe that's a real oak or maple floor. It looks just
like laminate in every photo he posts.

He shoulda put sand in that paint, it would fit his "Rainbow Tribe" motif:

"What is paint with sand called?

"Sand painting, also called dry painting, type of art that exists in highly developed
forms among the Navajo and Pueblo Indians of the American Southwest and in
simpler forms among several Plains and California Indian tribes..."

Whoever sold it to him told him it was real hardwood.

Remember, he even believed Squirtx was a google employee.

Likely, you could sell kuth rabbit pellets as magic herbal cannabis
pills. But you won't because you'd feel so bad afterwards.

Nope! I just put my new Tensioning Strap on my old Nordictrack using my new "used" Nordictrack Pro as an example!

And now I'2m trying to sell it on Craisglist! For $200! And it WORKS!

But I use my new "used" one as my new Nordictrack now!

And I did 30mins "Balls To The Wall" today to my fave Nordictracking soundtrack:

Oh, for sue its some sort of high pressure malamine laminate. I
could prove it if I look harder. But it's not worth it. Why, did
he say it was real finished oak? Because it sure ain't maple.
