2 cups steamed Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli) served with butter and a
touch of garlic salt.
8 medium carrots, 1/2c diced King Oyster Mushrooms, 1/3tsp hotter
yellow curry blend and cooked in 3.5 cups chicken broth then stick
blended to a smooth thick soup.
Aduki sweetend filling for rice balls, made to small 1.5 inch balls
(beans sweetended then filling to the rice balls). Made 20 or so.
1/2c of shelled soft boiled peanuts with a modicum of chile powder and
soy sauce resulting in a spicey but not blow your socks off level.
2 small oranges
Serves 2 with leftover soup and riceballs for later snacks or next day.
Lots of peanuts too since the batch is about 3 cups once shelled.
