My poor creek is drying up. Saw a 22" bass swim by while I was
down there (no exaggerations) . Didn't get a picture as I was too
busy looking for a rock or a spear.

wrapped in banh hoi noodle sheets, topped with do chua and sichimi
togarashi. With nuoc cham dipping sauce on the side (not shown).

It turns out it was black sesame seed hummus. I blocked it out of
my mind because it took almost an hour to reincorporate the oil
with the seed solids and I was still left with a runny mess that
was the consistency of heavy cream.

I totally blame Ed for that one.
