do you know about marketing? you can't just put up a website (however unprofessional) and expect anyone to go there. Do you know about SEO or digital marketing or any of it? Or did you just put up your site and expect the world to beat a path to your door.

IOW I don't know a thing about business , marketing , accounting , or
any of the other things that are involved in producing and selling a
product . It's probably better that the chocolates didn't sell . You
probably don't have the proper permits and inspections to be selling a
food product . All it would take is one tummy-ache and your boarding
house would be somebody else's cash cow . And before you ask , I have
both a business degree and experience in retail (prepared) food sales

I set up KutheChocolates.com to have a Contact Us feature which would send a Message with sender's email address to MY personal Gmail acct. I got ONE smarmy email via this route, and NOT an order for chocolates.

I never established a email rapport with whoever the sender was. And I'd make a whole batch of Chocolate Covered Cherries if I received an order for them, especially locally to STL, I'd even deliver them in person! In my 100% electric Nissan Leaf so I would not even burn gasoline to do it!
