description of the school, whether a brochure is available, and if the fees
are low, moderate, or high. If anyone is interested in any of these schools,

have here are addresses and phone numbers). If anyone is interested in any
areas not shown above, I will look under the Listed Cooking Schools if need be.
Also, there is the New England Culinary Institute in Rhode Island (I believe)
which is not in the book, but which my son checked out before he enrolled in
the Culinary Arts program at the Art Institute of Houston (they have
affiliated Art Institutes in different cities, but I don't have the list of
these here at work). Also, the University of Houston has the Hilton School of
Restaurant Management.
If anyone finds out that any of the above listed schools is no longer in
existence, a short note to that effect would be appreciated.
