As far as I am concerned, the highest grade of butter is the default one
for any culinary use, whether the butter in question is S��rahmbutter
(sweet cream butter) or Sauerrahmbutter (sour cream butter).
It seems, it is not at all clear that the name "Teebutter" has very much
to do with tea (Tee).
