I'm thinking about these two:
- buttermilk brined grilled chicken wings
and
- buttermilk fried chicken wings

Look at you spouting off about lanolins, or whatever the fuck they
are in vegetable oil, and here you are frying chicken wings in
nitrosamines (very cancer-causing). The citric acids and
eyrthrobates don't extend past the lean to the grease the products
produce. And then to fry cholesterol=laden chicken wings in
it...

Well, You have a skewed and hypocritical "health agenda". NOBODY
deep fries anything in bacon grease for a reason. Der!

I grill ours.  We prefer them that way.  Our "wings" are usually those
big packs of legs.  Cheaper and more meat.

As I recall, the bacon fat can be used to grease the wheels on lightweight two-wheeled one-horse carriages. If you have a civil war era cannon, you could use it to clean/lubricate the bore after firing.

Leg quarters are better on the grill. Wings are best
naked fried.

it's just a different version of lard. deep fry a
coated smoked porker chop and you're close enough.

One of my friends was cooking breakfast
completely naked for an overnight quest
using an electric frying pan that had
been improperly grounded.

The metal kitchen sink was at waist level,
and he ended up completing a ground short
via a penis of least resistance.

When I do "wings" I chop small thighs in half perpendicular to
the bone. Cheaper, more meat, and better tasting. But legs are
healthier because less fatty skin than wings or thighs.

people DEEP fry in BG.

But it wasn't petty-ass BS like your nacho cheese rant. I would
have chastised anybody that posted that. It being you makes it
especially hypocritical - that stuff is 1,000X worse than any
soybean oil.

With concentrated nitrosamines. Not just from the curing agenst in
the bacon, but also all the other carcingons from using unrefined
lard which has a smoke point of 325-330F - he's literally burning
bacon grease. More irony.

You are indeed still upset that I disrespected your *gas

She's also chummy with trolls like Greg. I don't know if that's
because she simply doesn't give a shit or because she's clueless and
doesn't realise what scum they are.
