has anybody got a good preparation for venison (steak).
Do I need a marinade? Any good recipes for a sauce?

Hi, I'm new to this newsgroup thing so I hope I'm doing this right...but I
just marinate mine in teriaki sauce, anywhere from a few hours to overnite,
(overnite is best in my opinion) then cook rare to medium-rare on the grill.
This reduces the 'gamey' flavor venison can have, yet does not overpower.
