Beloved was out visiting the family, and as I had slept in till 10 am
and was rather sluggish I hadnt had brekkie, and as 2pm rolled round I
was peckish.

Poking thru the freezer I discoverd I had a couple of sheets of *gasps
of horror* frozen puff pastry. Inspiration struck and after a quick
search thru Edmonds I rustles up my first ever batch of savouries.
Beloved walked in just as the first batch were cooling and prounounced
them a resounding success (this does not always happen on a first go
LOL)

Savouries ala leftovers

One texas muffin tin (6 holes)
2 sheets frozen puff pastry thawed
one big cookie cutter

Cut out circles using cookie cutter while mostly thawed and put in tin
(spray with cooking oil first)
squash down once thawed

Savoury mix

One egg
chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese (a couple of decent handfuls)
dash of balsamic vinegar
dash mild mustard
chopped ham.

Mix everything except the ham together in a bowl. Spoon into cases
Sprinkle chopped ham on top

Cook around 210 deg C until bubbly and pastry is puffed

I also cut some smaller circles of pastry from the waste stuff and
glazed with milk and put on the top of the cheese mix, THis was great
too :)

All up took around 20 min. Voila!
