I'm beginning to believe our resident mental patient is also an Asperger's
Syndrome candidate. One of the symptoms is repetitive behavior such as
the constant need to inform us of his boring activities/life.

First, it was his inherited wealth (which he has since blown) and his
incessant crowing "I'm rich, I'm Rich, I'M RICH!" Then it was his need
to inform us of every 'improvement' (←-- sarcasm) in his boarding
house. On to the limited driving range of his Leaf and how he doesn't
burn gas (but does burn coal to make electricity for his car). Next,
we're treated to a blow by blow details of a nursing job he didn't get
because he was 'wobbly' (a nice way of putting he's not to be trusted
around sick people).

Now, he's off and running with daily bulletins of his vegetarian diet.
Does anyone here care that Koo-Koo if off on a new topic that he will
worry to death and provide us with all the boring details??

What a team he and Greta would make. ←--(Sarcasm)

I never thought I would find myself defending Kuthe, but the vegetarian
thing makes him look relatively normal. There tends to be a strong for
vegetarians to tell everyone.

Do we have to hear every detail, though? Do we have to hear every boring
detail of his life?

What about constantly bringing up his taxes in a food newsgroup? Is
that also repetitive behavior that's a sign of Asperger's?

We have much much less need to hear it than he has to tell it. He
seems to be getting enough response to reward his attention seeking
behaviour.

If the bum would get a job there'd be no need to hear about his unpaid taxes.
But Koo-Koo does have a tendency to share every mundane thing that happens in
his boring life.

This lockdown thing has gotten annoying to me.

Every single newscast these days begins with -
- daily death counts
- follow by a bit more virus news - mostly speculation
- the remaining 20 minutes is all reports on how
people are "coping" with the lockdown.
Silly entertainment, dancing like idiots, drive-by
birthdays, children doing math problems on the STREET
using chalk. Saw a boy scout in uniform standing out in
front of a retirement home playing taps on his bugle.
WTF? (he couldn't play very well either).

The nutty list goes on and on. I can't even stand to watch
an entire newscast these days.

I'm often AFK because I *do* have other things to do. I must have

much trauma/drama. What happened? Did the last of his tenants finally

Rooming house, "shared international student living house" is the same
thing as a boarding house which is what you run. They're renting rooms
from you and they have kitchen privileges. Call it what you like, but
it's a boarding house.

"A boarding house is a house (frequently a family home) in which
lodgers rent one or more rooms for one or more nights, and sometimes
for extended periods of weeks, months, and years. The common parts
of the house are maintained, and some services, such as laundry and
cleaning, may be supplied."

You haven't been busy.  You've been lazy.  I've been through several
real estate deals and trust me, they are more "traumatic" when you are
dealing with a mortgage.  You have unpaid taxes that predate your home
purchase so it's just more BS excuses.  You have NOT paid your fair
share until you have sent the check.  I HAVE a life and part of it
involves paying taxes - more per year than your income.

Bitch please! I have ALWAYS taken care of responsibility for myself, like when I was starting school at Washington University after my Ex dumped me. She was working full time and I was working part time and going to school and that was when I first moved into my first shared student living house. And I found it was a perfectly satisfactory and beneficial for all to live.
