I've only heard it pronounced like broccoli ROB.
Um, broccoli rabe is both singular and plural... the 'e' is silent.

posted the concurring pronunciation from Epicurious... many folks have
responded with various and sundry versions and still she's milking her post for
way more than it's worth... at this point I believe Jen has crossed way over
the line into Troll Territory.

Sorry I duplicated your efforts, Sheldon - I don't
have a state of the art reader at work! Not sure what
happened here, but if Jen did lose her first thread,
it's easy enough to do a google and find it.
