Does anyone have any experience with baking cookie dough that they have
previously frozen? Specifically, how do you bake the cookies that are
still frozen. For example, do you bake at 300 degrees F. for 20
minutes instead of 10 minutes at 350 like you would do for "fresh"
dough.

usually the difference is more like 3 extra minutes.

Nancy, I usually make a "roll" of cookie dough whenever I make cookies and
stick it in the fridge (or freezer) 'cause I like hot cookies better than
cool ones. I just lay a sheet of wax paper on the counter and plop down
the dough and roll it up, reminiscent of the Dough-Boy cookie rolls. It
works really well, but since I cook a few at a time in the toaster oven and
usually take them out before they are completely done (MMMMMMMmmmmm!) I can't
really help you with the time difference.

Nancy: I find that frozen cookie dough only takes about 3 or 4 minutes
longer to bake (this is in the case of fairly big chocolate chip cookies).
I don't change the oven temperature.
