I'm looking to duplicate or come close to the "Sinnamon Rolls" from the
Grandy's restaurant chain. (I live in central Illinois) They
are really soft-like a dinner roll, in fact, I think their dinner rolls
come from the same dough. All the recipes I have used for
cinnamon rolls turn out with more of a solid crusty outside-like
Cinnabon. I want a COMPLETELY SOFT roll.
Any ideas? Recipes? Should I just use a dinner roll recipe and roll it
out for cinnamon rolls?
By the way, I have searched and requested at the copycat recipe sites to
no avail.
