Clogging step notation

I saw a question last week about notation for Appalachian clogging
steps, but didn't see an answer posted, so, here goes!

Ira Bernstein has published two books, both including step notation:

Bernstein, Ira B. _American clogging steps and notation_.
Malverne NY: 1984.

Bernstein, Ira B. _Appalachian cloggging and flatfooting steps_.
Malverne NY: 1992.

Another book that contains "footlature" is just out.

Books, 1992.

I bought a copy of this book from Les Blank Films, San Pablo Avenue
in El Cerrito CA. The cost was $12.95 + $1.50 for UPS. California
residents add 8% sales tax. I have an exact address, but I left it

in.
