Belles. You have to love Belles. Two weeks ago I pulled her out for
her first jumping lesson since the summer and we did all kinds of
crazy lines and set the fences up to 3' and 3'3", no sweat. Then she
has a week and a half off, I come home last night from SC and Sam's
Basic Training graduation, and this morning we haul out and head out
for another jumping lesson. She was just super good, and Jane cranked
the out on my in and outs right up--the big one was a 3'6" oxer,
which is a good size for us. I felt comfy and tight in my tack, Belles
could have cared less and was not even working yet.
Carl and Baby went out and had a good lesson also, lots of canter
practice and that is looking much better. I think he is feeling more
and more confident about multi-tasking at canter. :-)
So that was our morning!
