Uh - I don't know about this - can anyone confirm any of this???? I use
PayPal all the time & have NEVER had a single problem with it.

Also, if you ever have a question about strange emails that you
receive or rumors that you hear, there are several excellent web sites
out their that either refute or validate rumors.

Try book marking these (you never know when you might need them)
