I saw a picture of a Monet quilt that looked like pastel
watercolor picture.
I want to buy some of Monets paperback art books so I can make
quilting patterns from the pictures.
Help! Anyone???

I don't know of any Monet-specific quilt patterns, but there are
impressionist quilting books. I have Gai Perry's Impressionist Quilts,
and it is very helpful. (There are others that I'm not familiar with.)
She discusses color, value, depth, etc. I'm currently piecing my first
impressionist quilt, using her techniques. You could use these in
conjunction with a book with photographs of Monet's paintings. Is that
the help you are looking for??
