At the moment we can hardly even see the tree because we are getting
pounded with lake effect snow.
I did get off the phone with the landlord just a few minutes ago in
fact. He says that he and the lawyer have agreed to go halfsies on
the cost, and the tree guys were over to look at the situation a day
or so ago.
So with any luck, the thing should be coming down when we get a clear
day. Glad it is not me trying to cut up a frozen hardwood tree while
knee deep in snow and ice!
