WTB: Kit for dolls for x-stitched faces from CS&CC

I would like to buy the kit to make the dolls Emma Loise and Elizabeth
Anne from the Mar/Apr 87 issue of CS&CC - they have fabric bodies and
cross-stitched faces.

I have contacted CS&SS and the supplies are no longer available.

In particular, I'm looking for the wigs and the winter nightgown and coat
pattern.

I would also be interested in the boy patterns/supplies as well.
