Awesome Customer Service from The Stitchery

Hello All,
I just have to say how impressed I am with the customer service I have
received from The Stitchery. I placed a mail order for 2 counted
cross-stitch kits and when they arrived one was not what I ordered. I
called their 1-800 number and not only did I receive a replacement, it was
sent priority mail, and I was told to keep both original kits, at no extra
cost to me.
It is so great when retailers give great service. They have a customer
for life and all the business I can get them. No, I am not affiliated,
just a very satisfied customer.

I have always been very satisfied with their service.
Had a kit sent wrapped to a friend and it was very pretty well worth the
extra buck or 2.

According to Standards and Practices, due to some violent content, parental
discretion is advised. The only real violence I saw in this episode involved
my eye and a sharp stick.

Right now they have 2 catalogs, "Counted CrossStitch" and "The Stitichery".
I honestly recommend them.

I really like The Stitchery and Counted CrossStitch also. I think they have an
excellent cross-section of styles and designers. Customer service has always
been excellent when I have called and orders are filled and shipped very
quickly. If I could change one thing about them it would be giving me the
choice to buy just the pattern versus the kit. Most, but not all, of their kits
come with Aida and I prefer non-Aida fabrics. This not a complaint, just a wish
they would kind of thing. The kits I have bought from them have always been
high quality. They also have a "club" you can join for $14.95 a year that gets
you 10% off everything you buy in the year. If you are a frequent shopper there
or are placing a big order/buying a high ticket item it is a nice little perk.
I also like the little bios they do on different designers in each catalog.
