New freebie up from At River's End: Tiny Violet

A new freebie is available on the At River's End web site! "Tiny Violet"
is designed to fit in a ringbox from Sudberry House. A perfect gift for
all your purple-loving friends.

I've also re-scanned the "Garden Time" freebie chart. Several of you
emailed that you were having trouble getting good printouts. It's a
larger file, but the resolution should give you better results.

For you "Monolog" fans: I hope to have "Monolog in Rose" up on the web
site next week. It will start shipping out later this week.

Thanks for the violet pattern. I'm working on a high school graduation
gift & it's going to have a "violet" border since the girl's birthday is
in February. I haven't actually "designed" it yet, but I'm in the
process of looking for appropriate looking violets I could use as a
border. One of this girls pastel drawings just received the grand prize
at the Oregon State Fair & a colored pencil drawing of a tiger's face
won a blue ribbon. On top of that, she's a nice person. :-)))

Yippee!! More floss to collect! (And I've *almost* got everything for the Blue
and Purple Monologs!)

Heather, they're even more gorgeous than the scans! My LNS owner ordered the
first two for me (and it didn't take long at all), and we've been happily
getting fibers ever since. Now the Rose one is about ready so it's time to
start again. Gather ye fibers while ye may...

The materials list for "Monolog in Rose" isn't quite as long as the one
for "Monolog in Purple." On the other hand, it's slightly longer than
the one for "Monolog in Blue."

I'll try to make the list for "Monolog in Green" (coming this winter)
more of a challenge for you. :))

Ooh, a challenge! :-) I think my LNS and I are up to it! There's only 2 fibers
she couldn't order and I've found online and/or mail order sources for both.

Kathy K (who would like to point out that Rainbow Gallery's green Fyre Werks
and 24 Karats are very nice, and GlissenGloss' Rainbow also has some pretty
greens :-))
