Thanks for any help

If I'm correct those are machine embrodery files.
It should be mentioned on the site maybe you overlook it?

Someone just posted a URL for that... let me see... ah-ha! I did save it! :-)
http://extsearch.com/ (Thank you Marie)
That says it's a work file for WordPerfect(?!), but the site lists another
extension-search site-- http://www.wotsit.org/
which says it's a Brother embroidery file format. This one sounds more likely
to have pig patterns. Someone who knows more about machine embroidery may be
able to tell you if they can also be used for hand embroidery.

These are machine embroidery files for mainly Brother, Babylock and Deco
machines. They aren't in a chart form to be able to use for cross stitch. Our
charts can be converted to use on the machine, but you can't reverse the
process, unfortunately. I have a Brother machine and have wished that I could
do some of the designs by hand.

We have the embroidery brother software that reads .pes files. If you
email us at kel-ezek...@webbox.com with the web url address of
the pigs and which ones you want, we can try to email you back each
graphic in .JPG format. Let's say a dollar for each design that we
need to convert and send back to you.
Let us know via email if you want to proceed. Depending on how many
you want, I could get them to you in 24 hours. We accept PAYPAL.
