I'm not sure *who* makes Glenshee, only that it's from Scotland, and you can
get it through Anne Powell, 1-800-622-2646.

April,
Glenshee is made in Scotland, the only place that I know of that sells
it in the U.S. mail order is http://www.annepowellltd.com/xstitch.html
My LNS also sells Glenshee if you are interested in her number I will be
happy to pass that on to you!  Mary

Hi I do not know who makes GlenShee but it is not Scottish, it is not
Zweigart, it could be Irish, and it is a 29 count, I know a place in
Somerset has it, I bought some last year. (Pounced would be a better way of
putting it), I will try and find out and post as I have seen it advertised
recently. Any way if you need a 29 count keep counting Belfast, as I have
never found it to be 32 mean is 30 going on 31.
Hear speaks a skeptic.
Roberta
I used it in Charlands Mary Queen of Scots Sampler

Glenshee linen is available from Anne Powell and well worth the search.
Wonderful fabric to stitch on esp. if you like to stitch over one.

Glenshee Linen used to be made by the Richmond Brothers in Dundee. But
on their retiral the company was sold. I can ask the son who it was sold
to...but I bought my Glenshee Linen from Christine Riley, The Embroidery
Shop, Barclay Street , Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It's
beautiful stuff.
