Hi group ,

I am about to embark on my first round robin. I want my theme to be frogs and I
am having a difficult time finding any cute designs. Any ideas? I would like
the designs to be between 30x30 and 60x60 , I would prefer cute/whimsical
designs, but more realistic would be fine too.
Looking forward to all of your help,
Happy stitching to all ,

There's a fairly new pattern out called "Frogs & Bugs". If memory serves me
correctly, most of the designs in it are very cute and small ( I remember
seeing a small fingertip towel design ). I can't remember the name of the
designing company, but I know that my LNS got it through Hoffman distributing,
and they have a website:

http://www.hoffmandis.com

I also saw a pattern (also fairly new) that I believe was by Stitchworks called
"Amphibians", but the designs in it were larger, and fairly realistic. Hope
this helps!

You could use Mr. Jeremy Fisher from Beatrice Potter.
I know I just posted about a different Beatrix Potter design about hamsters.
I love all her animals and stories.

The current Stitcher's World has a chart in their leaflet section that may be
the "Frogs and Bugs" someone else mentioned. It is rather cute.

You might like to take a look at *A Frog Who Would a Wooing Go* on my
sampler web page. Beads and a hand-painted frog roundel are included with
the chart pack and kit. http://www.amathusia.co.uk

It's a little different from the norm, but you might find the following
'frog' picture of interest. From the 'Sweet Granny Adams' series is a
picture where 'Granny' has turned herself into a frog (we presume she was
holding the wand the wrong way round!)

Check it out on the following site:

http://www.meineck.com

the picture is entitled: Sweet Froggy Adams

Hope this helps and good luck in your search!
