Recently I changed my company name so people can find me easier - - better
for advertising and name recognition - - and it is working better. Now if I
had an easier last name to spell than Rigiel...
Thank you very much for letting me know - I really appreciate it since it is
such a wonderful list. Since so many good things are happening for me this

I have been officially designing for 3 years - full time for the past year.
I have been self-publishing with chartpacks as do many designers who are and
are not published in magazines (4 color process charts are extremely
expensive). I do everything from scratch using my computer, laser printer
(because photocopies don't show shades of gray very well for my stitch
diagrams and charts), 35mm camera and of course fibers and fabric.

Went to The Nashville Needlework Market last Feb 1999 (last minute - so not
listed in the directory - shared a suite with sweet Lynn Dempsey of Nessy
Lynn's). I will have an exhibit at the needlework trade show in Charlotte,
NC at the end of July. My own booth this time :) next to Lynn.

Have had advertisements and product reviews in the Needlework Retailer for
my designs and counters. Have had advertisements(May or June99) and product
reviews(Aug99) in Just Cross Stitch for my counters.
Write for the "Stitching Time" feature in the EGA's publication Needle Arts
(with a few other contributors). My newest feature on the Basque Stitch is
due out in the Sept issue.
Teaching for CATS & HOCS.
My designs were at SOCS for the past 2 years as trunk shows with LNSs and
several trunk shows at LNSs.
I think that covers most of it.... convinced? Am I a designer yet :) ?
