Wanted: Xstitch doll face pat.

Several years ago one of the cross stitch magazines had available (either
in the mag or to mail for) a pattern for x-stitched doll faces - the
dolls looked like antique or china dolls and were made of fabric, I think.

I would appreciate any information you could provide about tracking this
