I'm just a little worried that the shipping was supposed to be 7 days by
mail, and it's now 9 days and a whole lot of nothing... Called up customer
service to inquire, and they stated again, only 7 days.
I'm worried because I spent a ton of $$$$ and I'm about to beg my mailman
for news....
Thanks a bunch!!

When you called customer service did you have them check on the items you
ordered? I have always been told (ordered twice from them) that it would be
7 to 10 days before I received any in-stock merchandise. IF the merchandise
is not in stock then delivery time depends on when the items are received in
my Herrschners. I did wait last year for a tree skirt to come in .. it took
an additional 5 weeks till they could ship it out to me :( But it was well
worth it in the long run. I saved $25.00 of the suggested retail price.
They usually come in a big box, not always very well padded or protected but
in the two orders ... about 5 mailings because things were not in stock that
I ordered... everything has come in perfect condition. Some of the flower
threads were a little tangled but they get that way sitting on store shelves
too sometimes sooo :)
Good luck and you should be receiving your order any day now :) {crossing
paws for ya!}

I've ordered a lot from Herrschners and they do take a long time to
deliver, but I've always gotten my order. I started ordering from their
site, thinking it might be faster, but it didn't speed things up.

I have ordered from Herrschners many, many times and always have
received my merchandise. However, unless you go for the shipping
upgrade, they do use the slowest (surface or 4th class) form of
shipping, so sometimes it takes more than 7 days to come. Sometimes it
comes pretty fast. It is a post office issue more than a Herrschners
one, because they ship within 24 hours or so.
I would give them a few more days but I wouldn't panic too much.
Herrschners is a reputable company, in my experience. Been around a
long long time.
