Color chart for Zweigart vs. DMC

Does anybody know about a conversion chart between Zweigart fabrics and
DMC floss? I have a list of the Wichelt to DMC, but there are a few
colors that aren't covered. For example, I have seen Dutch Blue fabric
listed on certain web sites. Is that the same as Amsterdam Blue, do you
think?
