My wife loves needlepoint and I am trying to find somewhere that I can
purchase needlepoint canvases of the Chagal Windows in Jerusalem. My wife
fell in love with them when we visited there. While in Israel she bought a
couple of the canvases and now that she has completed them would like to do
more. I cannot find anyone who sells them. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Have you looked at Uncharted Territories yet?
http://www.unchartedterritory.com/ This sounds like it would be right up their
alley.

You can get reproductions of the Chagall windows at the Art Institute of
Chicago from their giftshop at www.artic.edu.

Mirjam-You had better explain that in Hebrew Beth means "House" In English
Beth is a common women's name. You dont want people getting the wrong idea
about Mr. Chagal...

Magic Needle has some Chagall window canvases. Their description is "These
elegant prayer sets were inspired by the magnificent Chagall stained glass
windows at Hadassah-Hebrew University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel. They are
available for each of the 12 tribes of Israel." The canvases are 'adapted' to
be 10"x13". I've never ordered from them, but I like their site -
http://www.magneedle.com/judaica_chagall1.shtml

I think I've also seen these windows in the California Stitchery catalogue,
but they aren't on the website now - http://www.craftyneedle.com/. If I
remember, they had bigger canvases. You may want to call and ask if they
have more information. I have ordered from them, with no problems.
