Linda Myers "After The Rain"

"AFTER THE RAIN was taken from an actual place. The old barn stands here, near
the end of the autumn season, in a glorious light and mood, created after an
autumn shower."~ L. Myers, Artist. This design, published in 1984, is quite
detailed. You can see the clouds rolling away and a little trickle of water
flowing down the road. There are hazy mountains in the background and a sole
bird flying overhead. Ms. Myers states that his can be easily adapted for
needlepoint with canvas and wools.

"Family Circles Collection Three" -Leisure Arts #469 (Designs by Char)

This is a quick and easy leaflet for that quick family gift. Finished designs
are shown framed with circular mats, in mason jar tops, box tops and a pillow.
Sayings include: "A Brother is a Necessity, Grandma I Love You, A Daughter is a
Joy, A Mother's Love is Forever, and more for in-laws, cousin, and aunt and
uncle.

"The Bride"- Leisure Arts #2031 (Carol Emmer)

This is a design of the bride facing forward (seated) holding a prayer book
with her bouquet resting on her veil. You can see the folds in her dress as she
sits posed, as if waiting to be photographed. Never used but I trimmed the
excess on the side and bottom to make it fit in a binder (does not effect the
pattern at all).

Reba's Creations "Kiss a Cross Stitcher"

Truly for the cross stitch fanatic! Never used. Chart has 4 designs that
include: a design for the person who taught you cross stitch, "These Do I Love"
about our feelings for fabrics, fibers and all cross sittch related (even
mentions DMC floss), "Support the Arts (kiss a cross stitcher)" and a cross
stitch prayer (ends with "So that when I reach that great needlework shop in
the sky/I'll get a hoop and a needle and lots of cross stitch supplies").

Mosey N Me's "Blocks of Love"

This 1994 design by this popular designer feautres a Cupid atop blocks that
spell L-O-V-E adn he is tossing hearts above him. Stitched on Wichelt Banding
with a white heart border and finished on White Wood bellpull hardware. Never
used.

Betty Whiteaker's "Family Tree"

Really a different design. Never used. It has a floral border witha large tree
in the middle. At the base of the tree you stitch the family name and the
branches have boxes for each persons name/birthdate and/or varios sayings. The
floss colors include pinks (dark and light), greens, browns, and purples.
Detailed information on personalization also.

Sweetheart Tree's "Fathers are for Hugging"

Just in time for Father's Day. Stitch Count is 60 x 89 and is a quick gift for
that special Dad. Done in gold, green, rust and blues the design has a heart
and ivy border with an old fashioned pipe in the corner. The saying is
"Father's are for hugging and paying bills."

Country Cross Stitch's "Quilt Classics"

This book is great for those who love to quilt and cross stitch. You can sittch
the designs and frame them with square mats (they also have a rectangular piece
that looks like a whole mini quilt), make pillows or stitch the blocks and
actually put them together as a quilt. Patterns included are: Triple Irish
Chain (with bright, pastel, or tapestry color options), Tree of Life (can be
done in green and pink or dk wine and blue), Star of Bethlehem (bright or
pastel color option), Fox and Geese (red or blues), Sunshine and Shadows (amish
or pastel colors), and Barn Raiding/Log Cabin (Antique or Pastel color choice).
Chart was never used.
Curtis Boehringer's "Twelve Days of Christmas Series w/Bonus"

This is Curtis' card series fort he popular Christmas Carol. Really nice set
that I never used. As a bonus I will send FREE his La Petite Holidays Christmas
(tree with large star at top.

Mill Hill's "Band Sampler II"

Amazingly enought here is minimal beading in this one adn the most adorable
sheep are at the bottom. The sampler is stitched in pastels (although colors
could easily be changed) and has satin stitch, smyrna cross ans cross stitches.
A great way to learn two new stitches for the beginner. Also shows a sheep
finished in the top of a porcelain jar.
Earth Thread's Grandmom's Garden"

A true delight for and Betsy Stinner fan. This designs is shown framed in a
square frame but it would also make a wonderful set of pillows for a sofa.
Gloria and Pat's "For All Seasons 10 Anniversary Edition"

This is a sampler was published by the Precioous Moments and Cherished Teddies
designers. Published in 1984 it features a sampler for wach season. Spring has
a house w/birds, Summer is the house with apple trees and vegetables, Fall is
the house with autumn colors and apples for sale, and winter has a darling
snowman and a kitty watching birds outside the window.

Stitcher's Attic Design's "Oh Gentle Moon"

"Oh Gentle Moon in forest deep/Light thy way in safety keep." This poem is
surrounded by beautiful wintery woods (in bands) and a border with little trees
in the corner. There is also small houses and silk ribbon stars. Kit includes
silk ribbon and star and moon charms. Never opened.

Cricket Collection's "Winter Circle"

Calling all snowmen lovers. This was the first in their circle series (which
includes Halloween and Easter). This chart has various snowmen in a circle
holding hands. Really a special piece.

Bea and Chris' "Bibs by the Dozen"

Adorable motifs stitched on the prefinished Charlescraft bibs. Designs include
Christmas (angels, bears), rocking horses, elephants, gingham dog and calico
cat, a clown, and a bunny among others. Chart has price label on front that I
did not want to remove (fro fear of damaging the chart)

Sweetheart Tree's "Birth Announcement"

Is there a new baby in the near future or no someone who is expecting? Here is
a chart with endless possibilities. Stitch Count is 58 x 85 and is a quick gift
for that new bundle of joy. Color options given are pink, blue or bright colors
and has a teddy bear (seated) holding balloons and a border with "Baby is Here"
around the border. There is also the alphabet backstitched and numbers for
peronalization. Can be framed, create a door hanger or pillow birth
announcement.

Debutant's "Crackers"

This boyish birth sampler has a wonderful lacy look border and a ribbon running
through it (all cross stitched). In the center is a sleeping baby duck
surrounded by white pearls. Can also be changed easly to pink for a girl (gives
floss conversion).
