Watercolor pencils

I could no longer retrieve the messages on the watercolor pencils, so I
appologize if this is a duplicate question. I understand now how they
work, but where can you purchase them? Do they have to say specifically on
them that they are watercolor? I suppose just regular colored pencils are
not the ones you need. I was interested in getting the Crayola ones. If
someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
