ORDERING AND ENQUIRIES.
If you want advice or information ring this number between 10:30am - 4:30pm

Ordering by post.
Complete the order form ,write clearly and in capitals.Double check your
order and the amount of your payment,any misprints will delay your
order.Print your full name and address on the back of your cheque,also put
Cheque card number, date of expire and sort code. Cheques should be made
payable to:Carousel Craft Supplies.
Delivery.
We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days, we can often deliver
your order within 3 to 4 working days, however there may be delays beyond
our control. We ask you to allow 28 days and take into account that we will
be doing everything we can to get your order to you.
Christmas orders.
We are always busy leading up to christmas,to ensure the delivery of your
order we suggest that we need to recieve it before the 17th of December.
Your order will be posted as soon as possible and should only be delayed by
a few days if your order is not with us on time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The terms and conditions set out below replace those issued previously.
2) Catalogue descriptions and illustrations are as accurate as possible at
the time of printing, but minor deviations may be necessary. We reserve the
right to amend specifications without prior notice.
3) Postage and packing: A minimum charge of £1. 20 will be made on all
orders with an order value of less than £10.00 (including vat) . A minimum
charge of £2.25 will be made on all orders between £10.00 and £30.00 and
for all orders over £30.00 there will be a minimum charge of £3.85 for
postage and packaging.
4) Payment is strictly to be sent with the order. should an order be
received without payment or a payment not to the value of an order then the
order will be delayed until full payment is made. All overdue accounts will
be charged for all reminders and corespondants made they may also be charged
interest on the account.
5) Legal title of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment has
been made in full. further action shall be taken against a customer who is
unable or unwilling to pay.Unless otherwise agreed in writing nothing in
this clause shall permit the buyer to retain the goods sold to him or to
refuse or delay payment thereof.
6) All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. at 17.5%. We reserve the right to
make changes to pricing should the V.A.T. rate alter.
7) Goods will be replaced if proved to be faulty in manufacture, but no
liability will be accepted for consequential damage or loss of any
description in respect of material sold. whilst every care is taken in
manufacture, we do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any
specific purpose, and it is the users responsibility to ensure the goods he
purchases will meet his particular requirements.
8) Return of goods : We do not accept return of any goods which have been
delivered as ordered, without prior permission. Where permission is granted,
credit will be given according to the condition of goods returned.All return
carriage costs are for the customers account. No goods are supplied on a
sale or return basis.
9) Prices quoted supercede all previously published prices. Customers
should note that orders are accepted subject to prices ruling at the time of
despatch. Although every effort will be made to maintain prices, we reserve
the right to alter prices when necessary and without prior notice.
10) Products temporarily out of stock: Due to fluctuations in demand,we may
be temporarily out of stock of a product.When this occurs the relevent items
will be indicated on the invoice and advice note. The balance will be
credited to your account until the item comes in stock when it will be sent
to you without delay.
11) Copyright: The reproduction of this catalogue in whole or part is not
permitted without our prior written authorisation.
12) We reserve the right to alter the method of payment up to the date of
dispatch.
13) Insurance: Unless specifically requested we will NOT insure parcels and
remind customers that under these circumstances its their complete
responsibility to make insurance arrangements.Where insurance cover is
arranged by ourselves such costs will be charged to the customer.
14) Refunds: we can only refund an amount over £10.00 because of
administrative costs.Smaller amounts will be sent as a credit note.
