So far, all folks who have requested to have more than one exchange have
been accommodated with a different color assignment and all different
people in each group.
If you want to join in, please send me your SNAILmail address and phone
number. I will be making groups up on a first-come, first-in basis.
The response has been overwhelming! I have had 51 responses so far. I
am still waiting for SNAILmail addresses for 21 folks, so if you want in
the exchange, please send me the info!
Whew!

Hi
I've just discovered the rec.craft.quilt (and am also new to USENET). I've
been wanting to do a Water Color quilt. From your message it sounds like you
have groups perhaps exchanging fabric, with each person making a quilt. How
does this work and how can I join?
Thanks,
Alexia

Mail to gillian...@solar.org goes through to a BBS, and there are
only two transfers a day. This can delay mail getting to you and from
you for a couple of days.
Remember however, that I am on a learning curve on Kaiwan, and be
gentle! <g>
I am making up exchanges 14-15-16 at least this weekend and will be
posting the information. Deadline for these will be June 1st, so that
any mail hassles can be (hopefully) worked out in advance.
Thank all of you for your patience and good humor in this. I'm really
not a flake, really! (Well, not much, anyway <g>)
EVERYONE who is in Exchanges 1-13 was posted a new post last Weekend
from my domain at least. If you have not heard from me, you *must*
check with your Sysop or Postmaster to see why you are not getting my
mail, and e-mail me a corrected address (please!)
The exchange is still open for business, because for one, I have enough
fabrics to participate in three more exchanges, so look out, Scout!
