China painting oil concoction?

I recently inherited a pottery kiln and it came with a hand labeled
bottle. The title has about 4 letters obscured, "China Painting
----um".

It's transparent with a honey color. The ingredients listed are:
1 pint light balsam of copaiba
1 cup heavy mineral oil
1/3 oz. oil of cloves

Mostly just curious ... what's it used for? Would it still be useful
after 15 years or do I trash it?
