Hi all,

I bought some really pretty plastic flower pots but I don't like the color.
Can I spray paint plastic? Will it chip off? Is there a special spray
paint made just for plastic? Should I sandpaper the plastic flower pot so
the paint will adhere?

Thanks in advance,

SPOONS

Hi! I used paints specifically designed for painting plastic -- they're
heavier and adhere better, so I didn't need as many coats. You can find
these paints at Michaels, or probably any craft store. Also, when the paint
is dry, make sure to use a sealer on it so it won't chip, flake or wear out.

Hope this helps.

Just saw the commercial for the new Krylon paint! It's called "Fusion."
Great idea.

Does anyone know if this product will work on a laminated surface, such a
really ugly brown 70ish type table?

This fusion stuff, i bought some to paint formica furniture, however i
changed my mind on the color, and went to exchange them and they didnt have
the color i needed. there were other brands that say they are able to paint
on plastic, but it is not specificaly made for plastic. would this work just
as well? or is fusion the ONLY one that won't chip for plastic?
