Thank you in advance,

Or just use a Primer. I have been painting plastic miniatures for years,
never had a problem if its been primed.

Acrylic paints in general don't adhere well to smooth plastic. You could
try roughing the surface slightly with sandpaper but under play, the
paint may still rub off.
Someone mentioned Krylon's plastic paint - I've only seen it in spray
cans, but I've been known spray enamel into the can lid and dip a brush
into it. (Don't use plastic-bristled brushes, 'cause they may melt.)
The problem is that "plastic" isn't just one thing - there are a
gazillion different kinds of plastic, and what works well on one kind
may not dry on another and may actually melt a third.
That said, you might check a hobby or toy store for model airplane
paint. It's forumated to bond with the sorts of plastic used by
modelers. It's *not* acrylic, it's enamel, and must be used with
adequate ventilation and given sufficient time to dry; follow the
instructions and precautions on the packaging. I'd test it somewhere
inconspicuous (the bottom of the toy, perhaps) to make sure it doesn't
melt the plastic or cause other problems.
