A 19 liter recipe for an English Barleywine calls for 5.5 kg
of Dry Malt Extract. My plan is to use Liquid Malt Extract
and make a 38 liter (10 gal) Barleywine Braggot.

Am I correct that LME for DME substitution rate is 120%?
This would mean using 6.6 kg of LME.

What is the Honey for DME substitution rate?

I plan to use Lalvin 71B-1122 and expect a dry fermentation of
the Honey. How do I calculate the amount of Maltodextrin needed
to make up for this dryness?
