Hey!

Anyone know what kind of glue works best to glue sequins or glitter or
rhinestones to rubber? I'm making pendants and need something that
will last and is waterproof. I am using cyanoacrylate (Super glue) but
it makes the flat-backed rhinestones somewhat cloudy and is hard to
control from spreading beyond the point I want to adhere to.

Thanks ^__^

I would try silicone sealer (as used to assemble aquariums)

Or look around the site www.thistothat.com

You could try E-6000. dries relatively clear and give you time to position
what you need to before setting up.
You can get it almost anywhere.... many crafters and beaders use it I
believe. Do a Google search on E-6000 and you'll get a bazillion hits for
the stuff. You might be able to find it in a hardware store, but I know you
would find it in a bead store or craft store.

In rec.crafts.jewelry on or about Sun, 27 Jan 2008 11:41:01 -0800 we
heard the sounds of a voice named MareBear <jam....@shaw.ca> crying
out from afar, saying:

Hey, they just call those things "rubber" they're really latex.
Silly bear!
